MBT Builders, Inc. is a family owned business and was established in 2013 by Mike and Lauren Taboryski. From Aging-in-Place construction to custom and commercial work, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service throughout the entire building process. Our goal is to offer building solutions and construction services that encompass safety and accessibility without compromising a stylish appeal.

 

Mike Taboryski, CAPS - President/Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist

Mike has worked in the building industry for more than 18 years and has experience in design, and all phases of construction. He enjoys working directly with clients from the planning stage to the final inspection of each project. His ability to problem solve and effectively communicate are what distinguish him and MBT Builders Inc. from other general contractors. In 2015, Mike became a Certified Aging-in-place specialist through the National Home Builders Association. He is also a member of the Marin Builders Association. He earned a degree in Architectural Design Technology from College of Southern Nevada and received a scholarship from Grainger Tools for academic achievement, technical merit, individual leadership and commitment to the trades. In his spare time, Mike enjoys wood working and spending time with family.

Lauren Taboryski - Corporate Secretary/Operations Manager

Lauren oversees the day-to-day operations at MBT Builders Inc. She is responsible for managing policies and procedures to ensure that quality craftsmanship and customer service are maintained and achieved throughout the entire building process. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from California State University, Fullerton. She has experience in Sales/Marketing, Customer Relations, and Project Management. In her spare time, Lauren enjoys gardening and volunteering in the community. In recent years, Lauren has worked with local schools throughout Marin and Sonoma Counties advocating for children with special needs. In 2018, she established a non-profit Parent Teacher Organization to support students with cognitive and behavioral disorders throughout Southern Sonoma County.
